Zato ten, koho označují J. T. Looney, Charles Ogburn či Minos D. Miller za pravého autora Shakespearových her i Sonetů, totiž Edward de Vere, 17. hrabě z Oxfordu, zemřel již roku 1604. Filmu Anonymous je jistě třeba přijímat jako nadsázku, ale snímek asi nebude od pravdy daleko... Překlady Sonetů vydává Miloslav Uličný podruhé, avšak poprvé zrcadlově, s originály.
