Vznikalo v roce 2006 během celoroční kampaně 15 let fyzického básnictví. „Manifesto” nabízí většinou Vášovy oficiálně nepublikované studiové a terénní nahrávky z let 1995 - 2005, kresby - vizuální básně z let 1992 - 2005 a fotostory (1988 - 2005). CD také obsahuje tři krátké filmové dokumenty z performancí u dálnice, v klubu, v hospodě a na ulici s pracujícími asfaltéry a stavebními stroji.
