V případě diabetu je také velmi důležité soustředit se na snižování stresu, neboť tento má velmi negativní vliv na naše zdraví a výrazně zvyšuje naši hladinu cukru v krvi. Sestavila jsem proto speciální druh dynamické a energické jógy, kterou jsem zkombinovala s pečlivě vybranými dechovými technikami (pránájámou), jež jsou zaměřeny na aktivování jednotlivých žláz. Pro zesílení účinku, kterých je možné dosáhnout pomocí ásan a dechových technik, jsem do Hormonální jógové terapie 2 zařadila také tibetskou techniku k nasměrovávání prány do konkrétních žláz, jež byly při daném cvičení aktivovány.
