Se smutkem reportoval o rozpadu Československa, aby posléze na euforické vlně invaze tisíců mladých cizinců, které přivábila Praha coby „Paříž“ 90. let, vítal ve svém knihkupectví Ludvíka Vaculíka nebo Allena Ginsberga.
