Lutherův dopis De instituendis ministris ecclesiae z roku 1523 obsahuje stručný návod na řešení situace, do níž se česká církev pod obojí dostala tím, že zůstala od časů kompaktát věrná římskému svěcení svého kněžstva. Luther zde vyzývá politické špičky Starého města pražského k vybudování církve nezávislé na Římu. Překlad Buriana Sobka z Kornic (1523) edičně připravil církevní historik Ota Halama ve spolupráci se studenty Evangelické teologické fakulty Univerzity Karlovy v Praze. Text doprovázejí dobové ilustrace a faksimile.
