CD Album Lenka Nová - Dopisy (2022). Lenka Nová vydala nové album Dopisy již v roce 2020. Limitovaná edice ve speciálním "dopisovém" balení jehož obsahem je nově plakát a fotografie. Lenka Nová je přesvědčena, že hudba může v této složité době lidem pomoci a první reakce potvrzují, že udělala správně. Album bylo inspirováno skutečnými dopisy, které Lenka sbírala od svých fanoušků tři roky. Záměrem bylo vetknout písním autenticitu, intimitu a najít osobní příběhy, které skutečně někdo prožil. Skrze dopisy lidi dokážou snáz a s rozvahou říct co mají na srdci, ať už v dobrém nebo ve zlém. Společně se zkušenými textaři Tomášem Belkem, Lukášem Pavláskem, Vladem Krauszem a Petrem Linhartem, pak posbírané dopisy přetavovala do podoby písňových textů. Většinu z nich zhudebnila s vynikajícím kytaristou Josefem Štěpánkem, který je zároveň jedním z producentů alba. Silnou stránkou Lenky Nové jsou její koncerty, proto se rozhodla i ve studiu nahrávat společně v jednom okamžiku se špičkovou kapelou, kterou sestavila pro účel alba. Kromě již zmiňovaného Josefa Štěpánka, přizvala Petra Maláska, se kterým poslední dva roky vystupuje v úspěšném komorním koncertním programu Ve dvou. Basu nahrál Rasťo Uhrík a bicí Miloš Dvořáček. Vánoční dopisy svým dětem psal J. R. R. Tolkien od roku 1920, kdy byly jeho prvorozenému synkovi Johnovi právě tři roky, do roku 1943, kdy bylo jeho nejmladšímu dítěti, dceři Priscille, čtrnáct let. V roli Otce Vánoc jim každoročně sděloval, že dostal jejich dopisy se seznamem vánočních přání, a vyprávěl o událostech na severním pólu; o vánočních přípravách, o svých pomocnících, o vítězných bojích se skřety. Svoje líčení obvykle doprovázel kresbami, do jeho dopisů čas od času zasahoval jeho hlavní pomocník Lední medvěd či tajemník elf Ilbereth. Díky půvabným kresbám, vtipu, i motivům, které připomenou Tolkienovy romány, jsou Dopisy Otce Vánoc víc než jen soukromým dokumentem rodinného života. Poprvé vyšly v omezeném výběru nedlouho po Tolkienově smrti; z této edice vychází i první české vydání z roku 1994 (Dopisy Děda Mráze). Pro vydání v Argu už byla k dispozici nová edice, přinášející faksimile a přepisy víceméně všech dopisů a ilustrací. Toto půvabné dílko se tak poprvé dostává k českým čtenářům v úplnosti.

Mám doma poklad. Zdědila jsem ho po mém tátovi a zabere v šuplíku jen kousek místa. Je to 98 ilustrovaných stran Dopisů Josefa Váchala jistým nevážným do Brna mladíkům, KAbrňáky zvaným.Jedním z oněch KAbrňáků byl právě můj táta, Ladislav Libor Loubal. Počátkem roku 1947 začala pilná korespondence mezi tátou a grafikem Josefem Váchalem. Mezi dopisy, určenými mému otci, se ocitly i dopisy, původně psané jiným adresátům, jež Váchal opomněl odeslat. Stejně tak je docela dobře možné, že i některé dopisy, určené mému tátovi, se ocitly na jiné adrese. Váchal si tím hlavu příliš nelámal, papíru bylo málo, a tak často použil i starý, z jedné strany ještě nepopsaný list. Vznikl kouzelný dokument, Váchalovým břitkým až sarkastickým způsobem komentovaná doba poválečná a díky vloženým cizím dopisům i jedinečný pohled na těžké období válečné. Když jsem Váchalovy dopisy přepisovala, stále naléhavěji ve mně klíčila myšlenka poskytnout jedinečný zážitek při jejich četbě i jiným čtenářům. Cesta k uskutečnění tohoto nápadu byla jen jedna. Nakladatelství Paseka a jeho majitel pan Ladislav Horáček. Jedině tam se dostane důstojného a vlídného přijetí mému pokladu. Mácha se nezmiňuje ani jedniným slovem o své nemoci, místo toho úpěnlivě prosí o zprávy z Prahy, bojí se o svého nově narozeného, nemocného syna a tyranizuje svou snoubenku Lori přísnými příkazy. Ondřej Cikán již do němčiny přeložil i Máchův Máj (Labor 2012, druhé vydání Kétos 2019). Karel Hynek Mácha (1810-1836) ist der Verfasser des Liebesepos "Mai / Máj", das u.a. zu den wichtigsten Inspirationsquellen des tschechischen Surrealismus gehört. Liebespaare rezitieren es bis heute unter Máchas Statue auf dem Prager Petřín. Privat zeigte sich Máchas Romantik auf etwas andere Weise als in seinem berühmtesten Gedicht. Nejsou tu publikovány celé konvoluty dochovaných dopisů a vzkazů, jež Arnošt/Arne Lustig/Laurin adresoval té které osobě, nýbrž ty, jež bylo možné v nějakém ohledu číst jako specificky vyzařující, přibližující nebo - spíše - naznačující pozoruhodné prvky, fasety, polohy a souvislosti Laurinova působení či (řečová) gesta pro Laurinův způsob vykloněnosti do světa příznačná. V Laurinově případě jde přitom o komplex bohatě a inspirativně rozrušující meze oborově, institucionálně, státně, národnostně, politicky aj. definovatelných polí, co se týče proporcí a časování edice, odvíjí se od povahy klíčového pramenného rezervoáru - totiž rozsáhlé pozůstalosti Arneho Laurina dochované v Literárním archivu Památníku národního písemnictví. Zatímco období zhruba do poloviny dvacátých let je v tomto fondu dokumentováno bohatě, avšak výhradně v okruhu korespondence Lustigovi/Laurinovi adresované (nejednou spadající ještě do předválečných let), pro období následující (do roku 1936) lze navíc počítat s ne právě obvyklým korpusem kopií (průklepů) dopisů, jež Laurin (povětšinou, pravděpodobně) druhým odeslal. Hustotu poté střídá pramenná nouze: v ní se soubor dopisů spadajících do těchto let stává nutně leda chudým příbuzným zevrubné monografické sondy, rozkrývající rysy Laurinovy exilové existence.
