Bizarních detailů je v příběhu strýčka Oswalda opravdu požehnaně. Už v předmluvě Oswaldova synovce se jde rovnou k věci. Podle něj by prý ze srovnání se strýčkem Oswaldem i „samotný Casanova vyzněl jako člověk trpící těžkou dysfunkcí svého pohlavního orgánku“. Poté už přichází ke slovu sám strýček Oswald a předestírá příběh anglického gentlemana, který se v mládí rozhodl, že musí přijít k velkému bohatství. K tomu mu dopomohly dvě věci – mletý prášek ze súdánského brouka jménem puchýřník na podporu erekce a spermabanka, do níž svými spolupracovníky kombinací lsti a zmiňovaného prášku sehnal sperma snad všech význačných osobností dvacátých let 20. století. K audioknihám tohoto druhu by měla být připojena varování: „Neposlouchejte během jídla a pití, budete se smát tak často, že byste stejně všechny vyprskali.“
