Obsáhlá publikace Stavby století Čech, Moravy a Slezska, bohatě vybavená obrazovými ukázkami vychází ke stému výročí republiky. Výročí se však nestalo důvodem k všeobecně oslavným textům, ale podnětem ke zpracování publikace přibližující čtenářům architektonické hodnoty, které nám jako kulturní dědictví zanechal stoletý vývoj republiky a sto let práce desítek architektů, stavitelů a stavebníků. A také jako svědectví o tom jak si tohoto dědictví vážíme a jak o něj pečujeme. Publikace představuje čtenářům na 149 staveb a stavebních komplexů ve všech krajích republiky, doprovázených 1217 vyobrazeními staveb, v dobových i současných fotografiích, plánech, kresbách a mapovými přílohami všech krajů a staveb století. Na realizaci uváděných staveb se podílelo na dvě stě architektů od neslavnějších světových a evropských osobností jako byl Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, Frank O. Gehry, Adolf Loos až po desítky vynikajících známých českých architektů i architektů neprávem zapomínaných a zapomenutých. Více jak čtyři desítky autorů publikace pracovaly pod vedením editorů Prof. ing. arch. Vladimíra Šlapety DrSc., Doc. ing. arch. Lenky Popelové, Doc. ing. arch. Petra Vorla, PhD. Vydavatelé i autoři věří, že čtenář najde v publikaci bohatý zdroj informací o stavbách, se kterými se denně potkává na desítkách míst v celé naší republice.

He subsequently moved onto other social media and now The Irish Aesthete is an established presence on Facebook, Twitter, and on YouTube where Robert started his own channel in 2020. The Irish Aesthete has also established a strong and ever-growing presence on Instagram where he has over 37,000 followers. Architects, designers, decorators and historians from around the world now come to The Irish Aesthete for information on IrelandÂ’s historic architecture. Having never owned a camera, from the beginning Robert OÂ’Byrne used his mobile phone, teaching himself how to make good pictures that would hold the attention of viewers. Since then, his photographs have received widespread acclaim and appeared on book covers, in magazine and newspaper articles and on many other sites. To mark The Irish AestheteÂ’s tenth anniversary in 2022, he presented a complete set of these images to the Irish Architectural Archive.
