Fotografickou dráhu pak Rupert Kytka zakončil výjimečným souborem Dobrá země (1969-1979), kdy zejména v detailech opět prokázal schopnost mistrovsky rytmizovat námět. Zhodnotil tak zároveň celoživotní zájem o fotografii horské krajiny. Reprezentativní výběr (téměř padesát kvalitních reprodukcí) z Kytkova neokázalého, ale dnes již klasického díla je uveden průkopnickou studií Lukáše Bártla a uzavřen soupisem výstav umělce.
