Narodil se v roce 1900 v Lyonu a již od dětství byl fascinován světem letadel. Jako pilot byl zaměstnán u vícero leteckých společností a létal na různých linkách. Své zážitky a zkušenosti přetavil do několika poutavých literárních děl. Po začátku 2. světové války nastoupil do vojenské služby v hodnosti kapitána na letišti v Toulouse. Podle svědků byl jedním z nejodvážnějších. Tragicky zahynul v červenci 1944 během letu z Korsiky, trosky letadla byly nalezeny v roce 2000 ve Středozemním moři poblíž Marseille. Jitka Hlaváčová absolvovala hudebně dramatický obor na brněnské Konzervatoři. Ihned po jejím ukončení v roce 2001 nastoupila do Slováckého divadla v Uherském Hradišti, kde je dodnes stálou členkou hereckého souboru. Vytvořila nespočet rolí, za které získala řadu ocenění i u odborné veřejnosti (nominace na Thálii v roce 2005, 2007 a 2020, Cenu Alfreda Radoka, Cenu České divadlo, cena za nejlepší ženský herecký výkon roku 2005 a 2007 v anketě portálu i-divadlo.cz, nominace na Cenu Divadelních novin a Sazky, získala několik regionálních ocenění Slovácký Oskar a cenu kritiků Největší z pierotů). Hostovala také v Národním divadle v Praze a brněnské Redutě. V roce 2018 ukončila magisterské studium na brněnské JAMU, obor Taneční a pohybové divadlo a výchova. Své znalosti využívá i ve Slováckém divadle, kde již vytvořila několik pohybových spoluprací. The reason is that this book is primarily intended as a main textbook for a one semester course called Introduction to Public International Law taught at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen and frequented primarily by Erasmus exchange students for whom English is in most cases a foreign language. In doing so, this textbook leaves out certain areas of public international law that ought to be read elsewhere, inter alia: material maritime law, international criminal law, space law, aviation law, international environmental law, and human rights law. Other areas are discussed in volume and depth appropriate to a one semester course in a qualifying law degree program.
