To, co nemají k dispozici, je čas: aby byli při bojovém nasazení v co nejlepší formě, nemůžou se věnovat dlouhodobým fitness programům. Opakovaně se po mně požadovalo, abych způsobil revoluci v nejtvrdším tréninkovém programu na světě. Když jsem byl trenérem speciálních jednotek, uplatňoval se tam princip „čím více, tím lépe“. Vojáci trénovali a běhali příliš dlouho. Důsledkem toho byl nesmyslně vysoký počet úrazů. Proto jsem zavedl svou koncepci cvičení vlastní vahou a zaměřil jsem se na to podstatné. A podívejte se: rekruti získali sílu rychleji a také se podstatně snížil počet úrazů. Cvičení a program, který jsem vytvořil, abych tyhle tvrdé chlapy připravil v co nejkratším času k nasazení, mají ale také několik dalších výhod: je možné je provádět kdekoli a nic nestojí, jelikož nevyžadují žádnou výbavu a trénuje se pouze vlastním tělem a s pomocí několika jednoduchých předmětů. Všechny tyto plusy pomohly k tomu, že Tělo jako posilovna získalo ohlas na celém světě a kupříkladu v zemích, kde se mluví německy, si kondici pomocí mé koncepce tréninku vlastní vahou udržuje půl milionu lidí. Tréninkový program, který jsem původně sestavoval pro vojáky elitních jednotek, jsem celé roky nadále vyvíjel, předělával a dopracovával do detailů tak, aby ho každý mohl používat a přizpůsobit se mu. Dnes pracuju zejména s lidmi a pro lidi, jako jsem já a vy, tedy takovými, kteří na jedné straně chodí denně do normálního zaměstnání, vyžadujícího dobré psychické i fyzické předpoklady, ale na druhé straně nechtějí denně trávit několik hodin v nějakém fitness centru. To opravdu není smysluplné ani potřebné! Asi jste už zřejmě pochopili, že svou posilovnu máte po ruce – vlastní tělo. Miliony lidí začaly v uplynulých letech podle mého návodu trénovat s vahou vlastního těla, a to bez ohledu na věk a vlastní cíle. Z hubených mladíků se stali silní a sebevědomí muži. Senioři, kteří si mysleli, že už nikdy nebudou moct začít s tréninkem, se také v pokročilém věku stali silnějšími a pohyblivějšími lidmi s novou radostí ze života. Všechny spojuje zejména jedna věc: Ať začal kdokoliv a kdekoliv trénovat podle mojí koncepce Tělo jako posilovna, vždycky se dočkal úspěchu.
