Na druhé straně máme vždycky možnost stát se predátorem a vydělit se z davu ponižovaných. Pro čtení Pak Mingjua nemusí být člověk vzdělaný, natož rozumět korejským reáliím. Není ani nutné pokoušet se přečíst všechny vrstvy jeho textů, složitě nad nimi spekulovat nebo probouzet vlastní špatné sociální svědomí. Pak Mingju je mezi korejskými postmodernisty fenomén. Umí psát a zaujmout, protože má výraznou schopnost jak potěšit, tak i šokovat.
