Arcibiskup Marx je téměř polyhistor, znale cituje a hodnotí filosofy, ekonomy, politiky, spisovatele atd. Mimochodem cituje i z textů (von Hayeka, A. Smithe a mnoha dalších), které buď nejsou tolik známé, anebo se ve prospěch jedné stránky jejich díla jako celek záměrně zamlčují. Přeložil Hanuš Karlach.
