Jde o následovníka cenami Anděl ověnčeného alba Díl první. Zatímco na „jedničce“ převažovaly převzaté skladby, dvojka je postavená na autorských věcech. I v tomto případě skupina v čele s frontmanem Robertem Křesťanem přizvala producenta Eddieho Stevense, známého především spolupracemi s britskými tanečními kapelami. Jeho experimentální přístup posunul svébytný akustický zvuk Druhé trávy do jiných kontextů. V Birdland Studios na úpatí slovenských Súľovských vrchů se nebál do aranží zapojit klávesové nástroje, syntezátory, netradiční studiové efekty nebo kapelu posunout až za hranici její komfortní zóny. Nové album je prošpikované nejrůznějšími intermezzy, které producent natočil právě během nahrávání s kapelou na úpatí slovenských hor. A to, aniž by to hudebníci věděli.
