Přestože ve svém herectví upřednostňuje komediální žánr, na divadelních prknech vynikla i v dramatech. V televizi začala hrát Martina Hudečková ještě v době studií, často hrála v pohádkách. Vedle divadla je hlavní doménou Martiny Hudečkové dabing. Několik let například dabovala jednu z hlavních postav v seriálu Beverly Hills 90210, za zmínku stojí její nadabování Renée Zellwegerové ve filmu Deník Bridget Jonesové, slyšet jsme ji mohli i ve filmech Harry Potter, Muži v černém a dalších.
