Naopak opět ubylo žen, když už ani líbání nezabrání poznání, kam svět uhání. Leč - přestože jsou oči, které neřeknou nic, ty její ho zvou do vinic. A autor se nebojí kráčet úzkou stezkou, třeba soutěskou, jen když s hezkou Terezkou. Toho, kdo dokáže vychutnat jeho haiku, netrápí ideály časem přejeté. Nahlédne spolu s ním do záhad, jež připravil nám Had. A pochopí, že tento tvůrce nepatří mezi hejna básníků toužících jen po svém pomníku. Ano, můžeme uznat, že knihy jsou jen nespočetné pihy na tváři světa. Ale nebyla by bez pih fádní? Buďme vděční, že Miloň Čepelka okrášlil tvář světa celým souhvězdím pih. Je to dar, nikoli samozřejmost. Dar pro nás, že můžeme jeho knihy číst a těšit se na další. A dar i pro něj, že k němu nepřestala slétat inspirace nejen ve formě haiku.

Vždy jsem byl příznivcem a čtenářem haiku, ale psát je mne nikdy předtím nenapadlo. Nepočínal jsem si tak, že bych si řekl, tak a teď napíšu sedmnáctislabičnou báseň. Když mne něco zaujalo, zkoušel jsem vjem poskládat do tří řádků o pěti, sedmi a pěti slabikách. Expozice a pointa. Nádech a výdech. Zpočátku mi texty přepadaly do čtvrtého verše, ale po poměrně krátkém čase jsem i bez počítání slabik začal skládat haiku kupodivu téměř bez potíží.

Básník se v něm pouští na srdnatý souboj s velkými tématy – jmenujme dva základní instinkty literatury, eros a thanatos, a také věčnou inspirátorku lásku – avšak nevyhýbá se ani pitvornostem všedního dne, které by jinak zapadly pod stůl či za postel.
