Nabízí přitom různé varianty pro pěší i cyklisty. Trasy vedou nebo odbočují také na další pamětihodná místa Českomoravské vysočiny, kde zanechali stopu spisovatelé, spisovatelky a umělci jako Jakub Deml, Pavla Kytlicová, Otokar Březina, Anna Pammrová, Josef Florian, František Bílek, Ondřej Knoll či František Bernard Vaněk. Čtenáře v těchto úsecích cesty provázejí úryvky z knih Jakuba Demla. Po celé mládí procházel touto krajinou jako poutník, při cestách za Otokarem Březinou či Josefem Florianem i jako kaplan, který vystřídal v letech 1902-1909 pět různých farností a poté se jako kněz bez místa často nuceně stěhoval. Knihu uvádí vyprávění o Demlově nomádském životě a hledání domova do roku 1921, kdy se usadil v Tasově.
