Vyzkoušejte těhotenský krevný test ADEXUS. Jak Těhotenský test hCG odhalí těhotenství? Jednorázový těhotenský hCG test měří přítomnost lidského hormonu (choriogonadotropinu) v lidské moči. Slouží k zjištění včasného těhotenství. Po navázání embrya na děložní výstelku začíná placenta produkovat hCG. Již několik dní po oplodnění dochází ke zvýšení koncentrace hCG v krvi natolik, že toto zvýšení lze testem detekovat. HCG hormon je nezbytný pro zadržení žlutého tělíska v prvních 4 - 6 týdnech těhotenství a tedy i pro úspěšný průběh těhotenství. Jak těhotenství postupuje, moč obsahuje vyšší hladiny hCG. Koncentrace hCG u těhotných žen je obvykle 5,0 mIU / ml. V době poslední vynechané menstruace jsou hladiny hCG v moči asi 100 mIU / ml s vrcholem úrovně 100 000 až 200 000 mIU / ml. Použití Těhotenského testu hCG Odběr vzorku a manipulace s ním Chcete-li provést tento test, odeberte vzorek moči do čisté a suché nádoby (například plastový kelímek). Ideálním vzorkem je první ranní moč (obsahuje vyšší koncentraci hCG). Nicméně, lze použít vzorek moči odebraný kdykoli během dne. Po provedení testu zlikvidujte použitý materiál (testovací kelímek + použitý proužek testu). Návod k použití 1. Odeberte vzorek moči do suché a čisté nádoby. Ideálním vzorkem je první ranní moč. 2. Vyjměte testovací proužek z ochranného obalu. 3. Ponořte testovací proužek do odebrané moči tak, aby vyznačená šipka směřovala do vzorku moči. 4. Testovací proužek neponořujte do moči nad vyznačenou linii MAX (maximum). Jinak test neproběhne správným způsobem. 5. Po 15 sekundách testovací proužek vyjměte ze vzorku moči a položte jej na vodorovný, neabsorpční, čistý a suchý povrch (například na vrchní část nádobky s močí). 6. Pozitivní výsledek můžete pozorovat již během 40 sekund (v závislosti na koncentraci hCG ve vzorku moči). Avšak pro potvrzení negativního výsledku je třeba vyčkat necelých 5 minut, dokud reakce neproběhne úplně. Jak správně číst výsledky POZITIVNÍ VÝSLEDEK: V kontrolní (C) i testovací (T) zóně se zjevně objevily dvě zřetelné barevné čárky. To znamená, že byl v moči detekován HCG hormon a existuje velká možnost těhotenství. Objevené čárky mohou být slabé a jedna čárka může být světlejší než druhá; je to však stále pozitivní výsledek. Čárky se nemusí shodovat v síle ani barvě. NEGATIVNÍ VÝSLEDEK: Objevila se pouze jedna barevná čárka v kontrolní oblasti (C). V testovací zóně (T) není patrná žádná barevná čárka. To naznačuje, že nejste těhotná nebo jste testovali příliš brzy. Pokud si nejste jistá, opakujte test znovu během následujících 48 hodin. NEPLATNÝ VÝSLEDEK: V kontrolní (C) i testovací (T) zóně se neobjevila žádná barevná čárka. Zopakujte test s novým testovacím proužkem. Neplatné výsledky testu mohou být způsobeny: Absorpční špička nebyla důkladně navlhčena. Čtení výsledku testu bylo příliš brzy nebo příliš pozdě (po více než 5 minutách). Upozornění POUZE PRO DIAGNOSTICKÉ POUŽITÍ IN-VITRO (IVD), NE pro interní použití. Před provedením tohoto testu si pečlivě přečtěte návod k použití. Proveďte každý krok přesně dle přiloženého návodu k použití. Nepoužívejte po uplynutí doby použitelnosti vyznačené na ochranném obalu. Každý jednorázový těhotenský test HCG lze použít pouze jednou, nikoli opakovaně. Test nepoužívejte, pokud je ochranný obal poškozen. Po otevření ochranného obalu by měl být test použit ihned. Po použití zlikvidujte každý jednorázový testovací proužek včetně použité moči a použitého testovacího materiálu. S použitým materiálem zacházejte tak, jako by byl potenciálně infekční. Zabraňte kontaktu s pokožkou. UCHOVÁVEJTE MIMO DOSAH DĚTÍ. Volnou rukou držte daný prst a pevně lancetu zatlačte na testovací místo, poté ji uvolněte. Nebojte se vpichu, opravdu nebolí a je důležité, abyste se správně píchla. Jemně masírujte prst směrem k oblasti vpichu, abyste získali plnou velkou kapku krve. Přenos kapky krve na ADEXUS hCG těhotenský test Přiložte část pro aplikaci vzorku k oblasti vpichu tak, aby se dotkla kapky krve. Test mějte přiložený k bodu vpichu po celou dobu nasávání krve na papírek. Nechte vzorek krve vystoupat testem až do úrovně naplnění. Pokud vzorek nedosáhl úrovně naplnění, masírujte prst, abyste získali více krve až do té doby, než dojde k nasátí do celé úrovně testu. Nicméně kvantitativní hodnota hCG nemůže být udávána tímto kvalitativním testem. Pokud se objeví proužek POUZE na místě kontrolního proužku C , výsledek je negativní. Pokud se neobjeví žádný proužek, test nebyl proveden správně a výsledek je neplatný. Očekávané výsledky Hormon hCG u negravidních žen obvykle není testem ADEXUS hCG zjištěn. Koncentrace hCG jsou obvykle mezi 5 a 50 mlU/mL během 1 týdne gestačního věku nebo 3 týdnů po poslední menstruaci. Úrovně hCG rapidně rostou, zdvojnásobují se zhruba každé dva dny.Pokud je výsledek testu negativní a těhotenství je odhadováno, opakujte test po 2 dnech a více.
