Za vznikem knihy stála řada různorodých nebo stále se opakujících otázek, které se na Vladimíra Kafku snesly po vydání knihy Život naživo a jež nebylo možné při sebevětší vůli zodpovědět. Kniha je pamětí rozhovorů o podstatě bytí a vnímání životních okolností, které s ním vedla Irena Nováková Kafková. Mísí se v nich hravost Vladimírova dětství s nelehkou životní výzvou ve formě hrozící smrti, kterou už jako malý dokázal přetvořit do podoby Moudré průvodkyně poskytující oporu nejen jemu, ale později i nemocným lidem během konzultací. Provází několika ateliéry - obdobími jeho života, v nichž se seznámíte se schopností vidět auru, potkáte s lidmi, kteří ho ovlivnili, vizionářskou tetičkou, Pátou dámou z Karnaku nebo peruánským šamanem, a seznámíte se s názory na dějiny, život a jeho smysl. Poznáte i jeho "životní přítelkyně" cukrovku a smrt a pochopíte, proč nabádal k tomu, že na život se nečeká.

Začínající čtenáři často příliš nevnímají, co čtou. Tento ilustrovaný pracovní sešit s jednoduchými, krátkými cvičnými texty jim pomůže číst s větším soustředěním a pozorností. Iva Nováková je absolventka střední odborné školy výtvarné, zaměřuje se na tvorbu pro děti. Je autorkou zábavných a didaktických doplňovaček, hádanek, omalovánek a vystřihovánek, které publikovala například v nakladatelstvích Mladá fronta, Pierot, Trinitas, Tip a Litera. V Portálu jí v roce 2009 vyšla kniha Zábavný pravopis (2009).
