Autor používá náročné interpretační techniky (pizz. levou rukou, vysoké polohy hry, rychlé pasáže, akordickou sazbu, flažoletové sledy apod.). Interpretovi poskytuje jak hbité figurativní úseky, ve kterých může předvést technickou brilanci, tak rapsodické expresívní plochy, které dávají vyniknout individuálnímu výrazu. Do třívěté sonáty vložil autor reminiscence na brněnské skladatele, čímž jim zároveň složil hold.
