Dohody a zdravotní pojištění – oznamování změn a odvod pojistného Od 1. ledna 2025 se u dohod o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr změnily podmínky pro přihlašování a odhlašování osob jako zaměstnanců. Účinnost změn spočívá ve skutečnosti, že pokud se jedná o pracovněprávní vztah sjednaný pouze formou dohody o pracovní činnosti nebo pouze formou dohody o provedení práce, pak zaměstnavatel oznamuje zdravotní pojišťovně nástup zaměstnance do zaměstnání a skončení zaměstnání do 20. dne následujícího kalendářního měsíce. Tento postup platí za podmínky, že výše příjmu zakládá u příslušné dohody povinnost odvodu pojistného na zdravotní pojištění zaměstnavatelem. Další novely školského zákona Novela přináší celkem 26 změn, které nabyly účinnosti dne 1. března 2025, ostatní změny ve školském zákoně nabývat účinnosti až 1. července 2025. Úprava spočívá primárně v zakotvení Informačního systému vzdělávání (ISV). Právní úprava by měla dále reflektovat postupný vznik ISV (připravovaného nejprve v rámci projektu Resortní informační systém ministerstva) jako informačního systému veřejné správy, jehož správcem bude ministerstvo.
