Lucy Maud Montgomery (1874–1942) Vyrůstala na farmě u svých prarodičů v kanadském městě Cavendish na ostrově Prince Edwarda a už v devíti letech si vedla deník a psala básně. Vystudovala Prince of Wales College a získala učitelskou licenci. Poté vyučovala na různých školách, ale když v roce 1898 zemřel její dědeček, vrátila se na farmu, aby se starala o babičku. Během třinácti let, které zde strávila, se věnovala psaní a kromě kratších povídek tu vznikla i její první kniha. Rukopis však ve všech nakladatelstvích odmítli. O dva roky později obeslala nakladatele znovu a tentokrát byla úspěšnější – Anna ze Zeleného domu (Anne of Green Gables) vyšla poprvé knižně v roce 1908 a okamžitě měla obrovský úspěch. Po smrti babičky se Lucy Maud vdala a přestěhovala do Leaksdale v Ontariu, kde napsala většinu svých dalších knih (sedm pokračování životních osudů Anne, ale i další série s jiným hrdinkami jako třeba Emily of New Moon nebo Pat of Silver Bush). Anne ze Zeleného domu byla od té doby nesčetněkrát vydávána po celém světě i mnohokrát zfilmována a je považovaná za nadčasovou literární klasiku o dívčím dětství a dospívání na přelomu 19. a 20. století. Klára Sedláčková-Oltová (* 1976) Vystudovala JAMU v Brně, do Divadla v Dlouhé, v jehož souboru je stále činná, přišla na základě konkurzu. Jejím prvním hereckým partnerem v profesionálním angažmá byl Karel Roden, který ji provázel i v jejím debutu filmovém (hráli spolu v povídce Svatební košile ve filmu v Kytice). Za postavu Kristýny Fialové v Našich furiantech získala cenu za nejlepší ženský herecký výkon GRAND Festivalu smíchu v Pardubicích. Televizní diváci ji mohou znát z inscenací Draculův švagr (1996), Vřesový trůn (2006) či seriálů jako Trapasy (2007) nebo Všechny moje lásky (2015).
