Průmyslová třída ABS optimalizovaná pro 3D tisk Spectrum ABS GP450™ je průmyslový filament pro 3D tisk. Jedná se o plast s amorfní strukturou, který vděčí za svou oblibu vysoké rázové pevnosti, tvrdosti a také poměrně vysoké odolnosti proti poškrábání. Složení materiálu – ve srovnání s klasickým ABS – bylo optimalizováno pro účely inkrementální výroby, což uživateli umožňuje tisknout vysokou rychlostí (až 200 mm/s) bez ztráty mechanických vlastností. Dalším velmi důležitým aspektem je snadné vylamování podpůrných struktur. Kromě toho byla zlepšena přilnavost první vrstvy k pracovní platformě 3D tiskárny. Díky této úpravě se snížilo praskání výtisků a jejich kroucení u základny. Vlákno Spectrum ABS GP450™ je velmi užitečné především při výrobě komponent, kde je vyžadována dobrá pevnost, vysoká kvalita povrchu tisku a možnost případného zpracování dutin. Dobré mechanické vlastnosti, zejména vysoká deformovatelnost materiálu a jeho vysoká rázová pevnost umožní výrobu dílů přenášejících statické i dynamické zatížení v různých konstrukcích. Velmi dobré izolační vlastnosti materiálu Spectrum ABS GP450™ umožní tisk dílů chránících před elektrickým proudem, zatímco relativně vysoká tvrdost umožní tisk nástrojů a nářadí používaných při montáži nebo hromadné výrobě. Spectrum ABS GP450™ vykazuje výrazně vyšší mechanickou pevnost než jiné podobné materiály tohoto typu dostupné na trhu.
