Výběr vhodných vedoucích pracovníků z těchto fází rozvoje společností také vychází. Je logické, že dynamicky se rozvíjející mladá organizace s 10 zaměstnanci potřebuje jiný styl vedení, než se hodí pro nadnárodní korporaci zaměstnávající tisíce lidí. V textu se okrajově věnuje i diagnostice “zdravotního stavu” organizací a dále léčbou jejích neduhů. Nabízí několik neotřelých řešení, nedává však jednoznačný návod, který by fungoval každému a kdykoliv. Kniha je jen jakousi špičkou ledovce, většina zásadních Adizesových poznatků, obsažených v jeho metodologii, zůstává čtenářům skryta a naznačeny jsou jen její kontury.
